Your child will be seen by Dr. Gary at the following ages:
- Newborns: The week of the hospital discharge.
- 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 months
- 12, 15 and 18 months
- 2 and 2 ½ years old
- Age 3 and yearly check-ups thereafter.
One of our nurses will contact you regarding your first newborn appointment.
At that first appointment, we will ask you to arrive early so that you can provide information about your baby and your family’s health history. Before leaving our office, please see one of our schedulers to schedule your subsequent appointments. We do charge a fee for appointments not cancelled 24 business hours prior to the appointment.
To register an older child, please speak with one of our schedulers who will send an informational packet and registration form to you. Send the completed information back to us with a copy of your child’s insurance card. Also forward a copy of your child’s previous medical records. This information must be received prior to scheduling an appointment.
